Sausage Rolls

Excellent Take on a Classic

Until I moved to the U.S., I always bought my sausage rolls and pies from the local bakery. Now I make my owns sausage rolls and pies, but for those in Colorado, I cannot go past Waltzing Kangaroo pies, located in our backyard of Fort Collins. They ship too! Check them out.

But, let's get to my version of sausage rolls. Secret is the fennel seeds and sourdough breadcrumbs that result in a delightful gourmet version of a  sausage rolls recipe. Ridiculously easy too!

Tartar Sauce

Perfect tangy accompaniment with Seafood

Kellie's High Altitude Australian Pavlova

Moorish Dessert That Seconds Are a Must!

My daughter, Kellie, asks for this every birthday, and loves it so much that she licks the baking paper.

I love the versatility of the toppings you can do to change this recipe up. Download the recipe to check out my Raspberry Coulis recipe that can be used for this or my Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes.

Hollandaise Sauce

A little tricky but can be mastered

Great sauce on eggs, fish, asparagus, and more. Don't be afraid to try this, because once you master the right level of heat you'll have perfected this recipe. Download the recipe, as it comes with tips on how to perfect cooking the egg like a restaurant chef.

Red Wine & Pomegranate Jus

Takes Time But Worth It

This sauce can be quite versatile and changed up in numerous ways. If you are allergic to red wine like I am, use organic red wine instead. Perfect to serve with Prime Rib, Beef Tenderloin, Filet Mignon, and Lamb.

Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Delightfully Quick to Whip Up

If you are not a huge fan of horseradish sauce, especially it's spicy kick, then this sauce is perfect for you. Great with Prime Rib, Beef Tenderloin, Pork Roast, Chicken Breasts, Fish, pretty much most meats. All of 2 mins to whip it up!
